If you want to go to Ischia, you must stay at the Hotel Iris.

We just returned home after a week spent at the Hotel Iris.
The strong points of the property are the cleanliness, the cuisine, the courtesy, and the availability of the entire staff; they have an attention to the customer that I have rarely encountered elsewhere. The customer is not a number, but a person, and you perceive it as soon as you arrive.
The hotel is located near the center of Forio, reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, and at the end of the street is the bus stop that allows you to reach any point on the island. We were without a car and we moved around easily with public transport both day and night.
Heartfelt thanks, Gianluca, for making our vacation unforgettable.
A thank you also goes to the chef, a simple and genuine person, and to the dining room maitre d', always attentive and available to satisfy all requests.
If we were to decide to return to Ischia, we will definitely come back to you.

Beautiful discovery to return to for sure

Wonderful experience. Family-run hotel, very cute and intimate: we had a great time. Rooms and common areas always clean and fragrant; the food is very good and always varied. The staff is always available, especially the owners, truly very kind people. Excellent location: 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the sea. We will definitely return.

Everything positive.

I fully confirm the positive reviews read before booking.
Hotel not too big, just how we like it, the room is comfortable, clean, and bright.
The staff is welcoming and helpful for information and advice on everything that might be needed for getting around and choosing beaches.
Last but not least, the cuisine is highly appreciated,
with different dishes and desserts every day, cooked very, very well.
I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

Everything perfect, you cannot find better in Ischia.

The true luxury of this hotel is that as soon as you arrive you feel at home. Gianluca was super helpful with every request and gave excellent advice for visiting the island; he even booked the boat tour for us and the right spot at the Negombo thermal baths to enjoy the thermal pools and the sea. Angelo in the dining room was a person who was nothing short of exceptional, both for his professionalism and for his empathy towards us and the rest of the guests. The cuisine was excellent in every course, nothing elaborate but everything well-prepared and made with love. Every member of the staff is an added value for this hotel, which is a small corner of relaxation and tranquility.

Top stay in Forio

Lovely hotel situated a short walk from Forio centre and close to beaches. Bus stop at bottom of road to get around island.Hotel is absolutely spotless and rooms are cleaned daily. All of the staff are delightful and are clearly very proud of their hotel and quite rightly so. Small pool area is perfect to cool down at the end of the day. Hotel well worthy of all of it's 5 star ratings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
