Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Hotel Vedute for a weekend and we were very sorry to have to leave! The place is immersed in greenery, super quiet and relaxing, perfect for recharging your batteries.
The room was spotless and super comfortable, but the thing we liked the most was the kindness of the staff: everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to exchange a few words or give you the right advice. A special mention also for the breakfast, truly outstanding!
If you are looking for a place where you can feel good and pampered, this is a sure bet. We will definitely return!

Worst choice.

We were on a group trip to Tuscany and wanted to stay at our tried-and-true hotel - unfortunately, we were taken to the Vedute instead. Based on the online entries, we thought the hotel would be fine - a fatal mistake. This hotel turned out to be a complete disaster.
The rooms are completely outdated, initially unclean, and in urgent need of renovation. Cleanliness seems to be a foreign word here. The staff is untrained, and the food was simply catastrophic. We have never experienced anything like this as a travel company. To make matters worse, neither the hotel manager nor the team showed any understanding or willingness to discuss when we addressed the issues.
Breakfast, meals... everything was inadequate.
We were a travel group of 20 people on site, and everyone was extremely disappointed. In short: This hotel is a complete failure in every respect!

We would be very disappointed... Food, cleanliness, service.... Unfortunately, definitely not 4 stars and at times unfriendly behavior from the staff. Moreover, we only discovered at home that we had bedbug bites.....

Absolutely positive experience

We stayed at this hotel from 3 to 9 August 2025 and it was the fourth year we returned.
Always welcomed with courtesy and sympathy. Excellent Service, always courteous staff and perfect cleanliness.
If we return to Fucecchio next year..we will definitely be back here. Definitely recommended!!
