Super accomodation - comes well recommended.

Arrived via Malpensa in hire car - 2 adults and a 14 year old.
Nice welcome and we got by with English/Italian translations. Given apartment key, building key card which also gives access to the secure gated private parking.
Apartment looked new and consisted lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa bed and balcony, a toilet/shower room and a large bedroom, also with balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all utensils, either new or as new. We were missing a few items on arrival, washing up liquid, bottle opener, etc - wrote a note and all was swiftly provided the next day - lovely service.
Car was essential, yet all nearby. Airport, Milan, Como and Maggiore lake. A large centre commerciale was also within circa 5 miles with all the shops, a cracking food store, restaurants, coffee shops.
We loved this place, run by attentive people, central, new/as new and very well presented and will return.
Driving OK, but you do need to pay attention, bit nuts sometime !!

OTTIMO RESIDENCE

Attualmente sono ancora ospite del Residence di Lainate e posso solo avere un opinione positiva! Monolocali e Bilocali molto accoglienti e dotati di tutto ciò che è necessario ! La nota ancor più positiva è sicuramente il custode Ahiub che è sempre disponibile a venir incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti! Se dovessi tornare a Lainate sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui!

BEL POSTO MA TANTE ZANZARE

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento (non è la prima volta) e come sempre ci siamo trovati bene ... Non manca nulla ed il residence, oltre ad essere molto moderno, si trova in una buona posizione ... I locali sono spaziosi ... Unica pecca le zanzare!!! ... Dovrebbero effettuare più disinfestazioni perché si rischia che i clienti scappano ...

Fantastico

Siamo stati qui a metà luglio...bellissimo appartamento confortevole...aria.condizionata centralizzata...bagno con tutti i.confort...asciugamani in dotazione...curato e pulito...zona silenziosissima...dovessi recapitare da quelle parti ci andrò sicuramente di nuovo!!!prezzi ottimo!

Per i miei ospiti

Ho utilizzato il residence per ospitare due persone che arrivavano dalla Francia. La sistemazione è confortevole e il prezzo giusto. Molto gentile il personale di servizio (custode) e il soggiorno è filato liscio. Ospiti felici.
Gli appartamenti sono confortevole, puliti e nuovi.
