Malgré la grande qualité de cet appartement trop de nuisances externes perturbent votre séjour.
:( De fortes nuisances sonores (voies de chemin de fer à moins de 20 mètres).
Des rideaux non opaques laissent passer les rayons fortement lumineux d un réverbère hyper puissant la nuit pour une chambre et la lumière du jour pour les 2 chambres. L'occupation du patio n 'est pas privatif.
