Villa LUA boutique hotel, Book for your next vacation!
To conclude our 8-day road trip in the Apulia region, covering over 900 kilometers, the LUA boutique hotel was our 5th and final accommodation.
Very warm welcome at this beautiful villa with a lovely garden and pool.
Bicycles are available, but I do not know if they are for rent.
We stayed for 2 nights.
Beautiful room.
The breakfast was very plentiful, and the staff provided a warm welcome.
A small downside, but this is my point of view: it is a pity to charge for bottled water. In all the other hotels, bottled water was complimentary.
Excellent stay at this hotel.

Wonderful experience in a lovely oasis
Beautiful structure, an oasis of peace, excellent location near the seafront and several lidos and free beaches. Wonderful pool! Lido of the structure well equipped and wonderful beach and sea! The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed, I would only improve the pillows. Great breakfast, genuine and plentiful!

A relaxing holiday a stone's throw from the nightlife.
A lovely place, beautiful pool, nice patio, comfortable and clean room, breakfast with local products at zero km, but the plus is the Welcoming, all exceptional and helpful. Within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches of Tarantino. A holiday immersed in relaxation a few steps from the nightlife.

Very bad
Very nice and elegant structure. Nothing to say about that. But unfortunately, they are completely inexperienced in the organization of events. I was greeted by a guy in his early thirties who knew absolutely nothing about how and where to organize my event. After an hour of conversation... But I had already realized that he didn't know where this was going.... He said he'd send me quotes on wapp. I'm still waiting. Continue to use this beautiful structure as a b & b but if you are not able to organize events leave it alone.

Leggere la Sua recensione ci ha lasciati profondamente colpiti e amareggiati, non tanto per le critiche rivolte alla nostra professionalità, quanto per la totale mancanza di umanità dimostrata nei confronti di una situazione drammatica che purtroppo ci ha coinvolti.
Dietro una struttura non ci sono solo mura ed eleganza, ma persone, vite, imprevisti. Poco dopo il nostro incontro sono stato coinvolto in un grave incidente stradale, con ricovero e interventi chirurgici, situazione condivisa anche con Lei in privato. Per settimane sono stato impossibilitato a gestire qualsiasi aspetto lavorativo e mi sono scusato personalmente con Lei, spiegando la situazione.
Di fronte a ciò, leggere che mi definisce “un tizio poco più che trentenne inesperto” senza la minima empatia lascia davvero senza parole. Un semplice messaggio di richiesta o di verifica Le avrebbe chiarito i motivi del mancato invio del preventivo. Ha invece preferito un giudizio pubblico, tranchant, senza considerare che dietro ogni lavoro ci sono esseri umani che possono affrontare anche momenti difficili, rincarando la dose manifestando delusione per il mancato invio dei preventivi perché, a detta sua, “solo alla morte non c’è rimedio”.
La nostra struttura rimane quella che ha apprezzato: bella ed elegante. Quanto alla “scarsa professionalità” che ci imputa, ci permettiamo di dire che l’inadeguatezza, in questo caso, non è stata la nostra.
Ci auguriamo che in futuro, prima di scrivere certe parole con tanta leggerezza, possa pensare due volte all’impatto che esse possono avere e, soprattutto, a mostrare un briciolo di comprensione e rispetto.

Very hot room because they had removed the remote control of the air conditioning
The bathroom is beautiful is very comfortable, but the B&B is no more than OK. Flavio is very correct, but the room was not large and very hot. We did not sleep the first night because the remote control of the air conditioning area was missing. The second night after we said we had not slept from the heat we received the remote control. Also shampoo you only get the first night and coffee comes from an automatic breakfast machine.

Grazie per il vostro feedback. Ci dispiace per i disguidi riguardo alla temperatura della camera. Ogni stanza è dotata di un sistema di aerazione centralizzato, e probabilmente non è stato utilizzato correttamente la prima notte. Per questo vi abbiamo fornito il telecomando per il condizionatore secondario. In merito allo shampoo, diamo sempre una fornitura iniziale, come parte del nostro impegno per un turismo più sostenibile. Siamo comunque felici di soddisfare richieste aggiuntive, come vi avremmo fatto volentieri sapere se ce lo aveste comunicato durante il soggiorno. Ci dispiace che non ci abbiate fatto presente queste esigenze mentre eravate con noi, poiché avremmo potuto intervenire tempestivamente per rendere la vostra esperienza più confortevole.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la macchina automatica è pensata per offrire una selezione rapida e pratica, ma siamo sempre aperti a suggerimenti su come migliorarla.
Ci auguriamo comunque di potervi accogliere nuovamente e offrirvi un'esperienza senza intoppi.
