Beautiful location, with a few tweaks will be great

Apartments are in the lovely village of Santa Maria del Giudice, between Lucca and Pisa, very quiet and ideal for visiting this beautiful area.
Lovely pool and spotless outside area with parking and charging for e cars.
Apartments are great, just a few niggles which sound trivial but... no loo rolls, hairdryer, washing up liquid etc. If you’re coming late at night the local shops are closed and this could be an issue!
When we stayed this time we reported this at reception on day one but after 4 days the note remained where we left it.
Beds are very hard but put a duvet under and they’re fine.
Overall would be happy to stay again and hope the small improvements can be fixed.

Una vacanza incantevole

Sono stata 3 settimane in questo splendido appartamento, molto confortevole e arredato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Una piscina fantastica e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Un posto tranquillo dove trascorrere momenti piacevoli immersi nelle colline lucchesi. Non manca proprio nulla e sono sicura che ci rivedremo presto! Grazie di tutto

Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non.
Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé !
La connexion wifi est seulement pour un seul appareil. Pas facile à gérer quand nous sommes plusieurs.
L'appartement flavia de décoration vieillotte est assez spacieux, salle de douche-wc assez moderne celle-ci.
Je n'y retournerai pas.
