Boscone Suite Hotel

We stayed for a long weekend. The hotel is positioned in the middle of a wonderful forest. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge, electric hot plates for cooking, a sink, etc. The breakfast is rich and abundant. I pointed out that I was sorry there were no options for vegans (apart from bread, jam, and plant-based drinks) and the following day they had a vegan Sacher torte waiting for me, and the day after that a plant-based paradise cake. I found this thoughtfulness bordering on moving.
In the evening we ate at the restaurant; the pizza was exquisite and the pizza dough was excellent and digestible.
The hotel is equipped with an indoor garage and outdoor parking spaces, included in the price in the summer. I don't know about winter. Definitely worth doing again. We had a really good time.

Per il nostro staff, la cura dell'ospite e la capacità di offrire un servizio su misura rappresentano il cuore dell'ospitalità; essere riusciti a renderle la permanenza ancora più piacevole è stata una vera soddisfazione per la nostra cucina.

What a shame...

What can I say, we tried three times at this hotel because in my opinion it has an amazing location and potential! The first time we stayed for a long weekend, the second in August of last year, and this year again in August. The property is very charming, immersed in the tranquility of the Madesimo woods. It is a 4-star hotel but unfortunately it has little to offer in terms of 4-star services... the first sore point unfortunately is the cleanliness of the rooms, which are tidied up in 5 timed minutes (only the beds are made and towels changed). One afternoon we returned at 5:00 PM and to our surprise they hadn't even done our room; they had forgotten ours and that of other guests as well... they did, however, remedy it immediately by tidying up the room in those same 5 minutes. The cleanliness problem had also been reported last year; the owner, as kind as always, had explained to us that she couldn't find staff, and she probably had the same problem this year... let's move on to the rooms, they have classic mountain decor but are a bit neglected: beds with mattresses that squeak, a shower curtain replacing a broken shower door, a shelf in the wardrobe column collapsed inside, the soap dish and hotel gadgets all dirty inside... my mistake unfortunately is always not taking photos, but that's because I am always in good faith... TV and Wi-Fi, on the other hand, were top-notch, all working and latest generation. One last slightly off-key note: in the summer they close the restaurant service in the evening, replacing it with a pizzeria. The pizza is excellent without a doubt, Neapolitan style (a bit pricey for my tastes, but now it's fashionable to do that with Neapolitan pizzas, boasting refined ingredients and charging even 18 euros for a pizza). In the evening, therefore, we found ourselves forced to look for somewhere else to eat (as a young couple we would have managed without paying attention, but with a small child it becomes a bit more complicated; luckily for him they allowed us to use the stove and he had a hot meal in the room every evening), everything becomes a bit inconvenient like this... super positive note, dogs are welcome, another reason why we chose to stay here multiple times, even if they cannot enter the breakfast room and restaurant, the little dogs are welcome and for all sizes! Maybe I rambled on too much, it's true, but I wanted to be as detailed as possible.

simply wow!

My stay, with a group of friends, at the BOscone suite hotel property lived up to my expectations: kindness, professionalism of the staff, accommodation in a spacious and comfortable room, the wellness area was super. Imaginative, rich buffet breakfast, and exceptional homemade cakes, just as I appreciated the chef's creativity who added some original touches to be discovered in some dishes. The valley is beautiful and evocative, which overtourism has not destroyed. Beautiful Vacation

Fantastic. Fabiola and her staff are wonderful people. The three waiters (nicknamed the 3 musketeers), professional, friendly and patient, led by Rachele, a patient and wonderful person, make everything easy and familiar. Very good cuisine. Thank you.

Tutto lo staff e i nostri 3 Moschettieri ringraziano, ormai il soprannome è ufficiale: abbiamo già ordinato le spade e i cappelli piumati per il prossimo servizio.

4 stars ??? The room is dated, although it is well cleaned. Embarrassing breakfast with little fresh food and definitely not 4 stars. Reception closes at 9 PM and the elevators also stop at that time. So if you have pain in a leg like I do, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs. Terrible bed and the second bed has a military-style blanket. Only the price is 4 stars!
