I can't wait to go back.
I left two days ago and I can't wait to return.
I felt at home, pampered, everything to my taste including the spa where nothing is missing. Everything is very well-kept and clean.

I wouldn't even know where to start to tell this fantastic experience in this hotel in a magical place
I rate 10 for the kindness of the staff, 10 for the manager!
Rating 10 to CLEANING, rooms maniacally cleaned.
Rating 10 to the kitchen, everything perfect, great à la carte menu, great wines.
Modern structure, brand new, relaxation room with attention to detail, swimming pool overlooking the slopes,
AMAZING!
Great location, 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts.
I will definitely be back, super RECOMMENDED.

Much more than a Hotel
A truly wonderful stay, much more than just a hotel. The style and design blend perfectly with relaxing spaces with attention to detail. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were outstanding, as was the Quality of food: both dinner and breakfast were great. The location is ideal, within walking distance of numerous points of interest. It was our first time here, but we are sure it will become our benchmark for years to come. A big thank you to all the staff for the wonderful Welcoming and compliments for this special place.

You know those hotels that we have a divine surprise the AMA is one of them, which place SENSACIONAL, spacious rooms, internet optima, parking that gives access to the reception, cafe da manha ottimo, restaurant for dinner very good, SPA with thermal pool and sauna that is worth gold, they have a pass of the ski bus without cost, good gymnasium, space for meetings, our room had a large balcony with views to the pistes, we were very well served by Manuela and by Guilherme always many requests trying to help, I will return for sure

Good aparthotel, staff a bit inefficient
I stayed a few nights in August.
The property is new and cozy, there is a nice bar.
The studio I stayed in is large and the beds are comfortable.
Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, in August at night we suffered the heat (even with the window open).
The studio is complete with everything you need to prepare breakfast.
The restaurant is nice but the food I found too seasoned for my habits.
Reception/Clieti Service staff is inefficient

grazie davvero per aver condiviso la tua esperienza con noi. Ci fa piacere che tu abbia trovato l’AMA Studio accogliente e confortevole, e che la nostra struttura e il bar abbiano reso piacevole il tuo soggiorno.
Ci dispiace se in alcuni aspetti non siamo riusciti a soddisfare pienamente le tue aspettative. Per l’aria condizionata, come indicato sui nostri canali, non ne disponiamo poiché ci troviamo a circa 1.200 metri di altitudine, dove solitamente le notti sono fresche. Capita però che in agosto ci siano giornate particolarmente calde, e in quei casi siamo sempre disponibili a fornire un ventilatore su richiesta.
Accogliamo con rispetto anche le tue osservazioni sulla cucina: il nostro ristorante è à la carte, proprio per lasciare agli ospiti la libertà di scegliere in base ai propri gusti e non sentirsi “legati” al nostro ristoranate. I piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali, ma sappiamo che le preferenze personali possono variare.
Per quanto riguarda il servizio, ci dispiace sinceramente che tu abbia avuto questa impressione: il nostro team mette passione e impegno in ogni giornata, e ci impegniamo sempre a trovare soluzioni immediate se ci vengono segnalate difficoltà durante il soggiorno.
Le tue parole ci aiutano a crescere e migliorare. Speriamo di rivederti presto per offrirti un’esperienza ancora più piacevole e rilassante.
