great location, calm lovely roof, excelent amenities.
the only "disadvantage" of hte place if you want to call it that way is that there id no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so you have to carry your luggage.
and also, there is no permanent parking next to it, but you can drive your car through the narrow streets of Monopoli and park it for a while next to the buiding if you have to.
but on the other hand, the apartment is located in the historic center of Monopoli so an elevator and parking is not sth you expect to have.
what you do have is a lovely wide apartment, with a tiny lovely balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, AC, dining area, a lovely roof with another dining area and a palce to sit, a washing mchine, plenty of stuff (beach umbrellas, chairs, beach balls, ect.) that other guests left and you can use, and a lovely owner who is always available on whatsapp for any question.
he even brought a small gift for our baby and left it on the crib (it's available).
close to the beach and all restaurants, I definitly recommend this place.
