Comfortable Budget Option!
Overall great experience. Check-in was super easy, check-out also super easy and the accommodation was well-maintained. Looked just like the photos! It was in a good area for walking to major attractions in Naples, but tucked down a very quiet street so I got great sleep. Building is also very secure, I never felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. Facilities are clean and having an elevator is a plus! I was only here for two nights and assumed I wouldn't get housekeeping, but my bed was made and I had fresh towels my second morning there.
A few things to note...I originally booked a room advertised with a view which I didn't ultimately get...but my room did have a nice balcony that was great for letting some cool air in. It's also clear (at least in my room) that the AC unit is on the older side. I never really could quite figure out how to make it colder, but the default "auto cool" setting was enough for me to be in the room comfortably.
Overall, I would consider this to be a bit more of a mid-range budget option, but the facilities were clean, comfortable, and felt really safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing
Very mixed experience. The "residence" is very well located geographically, quiet, in a residential area, near the sea, close to transport, shopping areas. There's an elevator. The attitude of the manager is hateful, meaning of customer relationship equal to less than zero. Pros: a very helpful and very kind young student ensures the half-time welcome. You have to consider it a hotel, and better to book a room than an "apartment" except in the idea of having more space than in a room. As in a hotel room, the bathroom is in the room. The flush was old-fashioned 'you have to press +/- 10 times for it to work). The kitchen space is not a plus: it was necessary to expressly ask for adapters to be able to connect toaster and kettle because they were not provided involuntarily, the toaster blew the shots in the apartment (even when it was only connected without even being used), the pan provided was 15 cm in diameter, only a mocha coffee maker of the smallest model, no dish for the oven, not a grain of salt, nor coffee... The icing on the cake, we had carefully placed our suitcases on the sofa and a chair (wheels out of contact), which was criticized, and our suitcases were lying on the floor involuntarily, while there is no other support provided, except to empty them in the dressing room, which had only 4 hangers. A dozen other hangers were provided after the incident.

A partial disappointment
Fresh from a
night in another great B & B a few dozen meters away, substantially similar price, we were rather disappointed. Location ok, reception service ok, but no mini fridge and wifi practically non-existent. The room is nice, but small. The new, but essential, furniture lacks a stool in the bathroom. Small improvements needed to earn score.

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very good, and it would be nice to have a bottle of mineral water in the room

Great value for money, very nice staff fantastic location, room was enormous, very modern and clean, my only disclaimer is that the walls are thin as paper and you can hear your loud neighbours sometime in odd hours which is not necessarily the hotel's fault.
