A fantastic weekend

We stayed in Velia Mare in Numana, and we had a fantastic weekend. Mrs. Bianca simply perfect, welcomed us with open arms, directed to the best places and restaurants in the area, and helped during our stay. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Not good

The price paid is not worth the room offered
The small table in the small garden overlooks the main road trafficara 24 hours a day
At night it is not possible to sleep with open window for noise and during the day we are exposed passers-by
Great location near the center

Very bad

We stayed in this guesthouse for one night only, in the afternoon we were assigned the keys to the room but still had to finish preparing so we did not unload the suitcases and left. At 2 am on our return the door was open and in the room there were no pillows!
In the morning we call the owner telling our mishap and her answer was that the guests of the room near us had most likely come in to get our pillows!
The owner has not refunded us a small part of the expense faced paid in advance or offered an extra voucher for breakfast.
Very bad we will not return!

A disappointment

The house seen from the outside is nice although the garden is not well maintained, but the rooms are small and furnished with recovered furniture here 'and there. We had a superior double (but superior had only the price!) and we struggled to move in two. And, icing on the cake, breakfast (included in the price) included cappuccino and croissants; for a hot tea we have instead of cappuccino, we paid the difference! Mai successa una cosa simile!!!. If you happen to, negotiate the price and do not include breakfast.

Relax in Numana

The property is very nice and well maintained. We stayed for about ten days in one of the rooms overlooking the beautiful garden. The location is excellent, close to the center and the beaches, which we always reached on foot. However, a few meters away there are bus stops for Sirolo and other beaches. Daily cleaning is also excellent. Mrs. Bianca Maria and her family were always available and very kind. Convenient parking near the property and the supermarket, practically opposite. We had a very pleasant holiday. Excellent value for money.
