Comfortable stay
10 minutes walk from the train station. The host of this place is a Chinese lady and she was very welcoming. We booked a double room and it was en-suite, decent size, pretty cosy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom’s got a bit of the drain smell but not too bad and it didn’t affect us. The only problem was the thin walls, (our room was on the ground floor) If you plan to get up before 7am, it wouldn’t affect you; otherwise, you might hear some beeping noise and people speaking in the breakfast room pretty clearly. Breakfast was continental style, nice and simple and a good start for the day ahead.

Violence and refusal to give me breakfast
Good bed. Very good location for those who will use the train station. The guy who checked me in is nice
BUT... Horrible personal treatment beisdes that young guy. There has never been so much violence in a hotel stay for me. The reservation had been made in my son's name and not mine, but I explained this at check-in. Only I would stay. But I was wrongly accused of being with someone in the room when, in fact, I was just talking on the cell phone. But the owner did not believe that and accused me of deceiving her. I was disturbed by the owner who entered the room to act as a police looking for people (who did not exist). Also, they refused to serve me breakfast both days. I paid for breakfast and never had it and was disturbed and treated badly. I even felt insecure about spending the night there after being verbally abused. Horrible, horrible. Bad experience, I do not recommend to anyone to be accommodated by a violent, lying person who refuses to give you the breakfast that was included and for which you had paid. Stay away from this awful owner. Greedy, sleazy one who deserves nothing.

Unpleasant
We have used the Booking.com app for all accom over a 3 week road trip in N Italy and have experienced a wide range of good standard overnight stops until this one. The owner wanted payment in cash upfront, it doesn’t state this anywhere, all other places have taken credit card. The room was shabby and dingy and when we told her we were leaving she started screaming at us and kicking our luggage and trying to snatch things from us. Only when I threatened the police did she stop. This place really unnerved us but we found an alternative hotel for the 2 nights we wanted in Padua in minutes on Booking.com. This place really shouldn’t be operating as a B&B, my advice is to avoid!!!

too EXPENSIVE of what is offer
there's 4 rooms upstairs , i think, and 2 on the groud floor where i stayed, these 2 rooms are awfull , very tiny 2 windows on the top of the wall, the towels smells terrible every thing was in callapse, the worst of all you could hear EVERY THING from the other room, ever a bling of an eye, The breakfast is a joke!!!! is between 8 to 9 and u have to tell her at what u will be because there;s 4 chair only The only best thing is that is close to train station, bus station and tram line

NEVER GO THERE
The place is nothing like on the pictures. When we appologized, but said that we were not going to stay there, because it is not what we expected - the owner refused to give us back our passports !!! she then yelled that we are bad people and need to pay her - and after several minutes of hearing that, i said i was going to call the police. she then threw our passports out in the yard. i have no words for that unbelievable host experience. please, avoid !!!!!!!!! this b&b is dangerous and not friendly at all. should not even be allowed to operate.
