Incantevole soggiorno con amici

Soggiorno che ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Appartamento comodo, spazioso, confortevole e molto caratteristico. Ottimo anche per una vacanza in famiglia. All'interno è presente tutto il necessario: utensili da cucina, frigorifero, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, lenzuola,... Tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito! Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment we rented is on the first floor of an old stone house in a hamlet of Premia. It is located directly on the state road, access is difficult and dangerous through a steep ramp poorly cemented, to get out you need someone to go into the street to stop traffic, there are no mirrors, no speed bollards. Parking in the yard is complicated, if there are only more than three cars of other guests. The only advantage of the house is that, with thick walls, it is fine even if it is hot outside, there is in fact no cooling system. Unfortunately we found the 'apartment neglected and dirty: cobwebs and dust everywhere, mold in the fridge, dead plants on the windows, cutlery and dishes to wash... in short you could not lay anything personal anywhere, we started to clean, but there was not even a vacuum cleaner, just a degreaser. We pointed this out to the owner and we even had a stained bedspread changed, he justified himself by saying that it is the guests who do not leave clean and that he has difficulty finding staff, similar arguments comment on themselves ... If we add in the continuous traffic noise day and night and the uncomfortable beds, we have a complete picture. If we wanted to find a situation from parish house, we did not spend 1200€ for a week... I highly recommend looking for more!
