A comfortable stop on a long journey

Although the furnishings are dated, but changing, clean rooms, fragrant linen and comfort in the rooms. Breakfast buffet plentiful.Price balanced.

lousy.

dirty rooms, hair on the ground, cobwebs in the bathroom and peddled in the shower, very poor food, hair inside the dishes, first and second do not talk about it

A holiday of suffering

The hotel sucks breakfast and very poor and there are not enough places to sit many rooms year many problems such as doors that do not close and windows that do not open, moreover the bathroom is tiny and the water is frozen also the wifi is slow as a lame turtle.
As if that were not enough the restaurant does not serve food but concrete with plaster and the service is very slow and disorganized.
In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel given the terrible experience

Shame, an unwarranted no-show.

Booking made through Booking (Genius 3rd level customer and never a disservice) for 19 August 2025. After contacting the property to confirm check-in, I was told “come along”. But when they found out that the reservation had been made through Booking, the attitude changed completely: rude tones, total disrespect and refusal of Welcoming. In fact I was prevented from staying, and then reported as a “no-show” in a completely incorrect way.
More seriously, no response to messages either on Booking or in private, even after two months. No explanation, no excuse.
For a structure that calls itself a “4-star hotel” is simply shameful.
Total lack of professionalism, courtesy and transparency.
I strongly advise against booking.

Short break with wife

Too bad... That's too bad.
The telephone contacts with Mr. Luigi and Mrs. Eleonora were excellent in the booking phase and requests (I had a cat with me).
They asked me for a supplement of € 5 per day for the pet .. and there is (additional cleaning for hair).
But let's go in order.
Good - Professional check-in and check-out, as well as contacts with waiting staff and room restoration. Good comfort of the bed, large room and sober decor. Refrigerator (not noisy) in the room with bottles of water available, room preparation with air conditioning on.
Bad - The hotel must be being restored because while in the access floors there is carpet, in the rooms there is ceramic floor and torn or unglued wallpaper, I left my cat locked in the bathroom during the day to not give problems, I found the food bowl full of ants. I brought the discomfort to the attention of Mrs. Eleanor who changed my room immediately. Too bad the problem has come back.
I don't want to picture a customer munching on something in bed, like he's gonna wake up.
Too bad... That's too bad.
