This is a stunning hotel in Ravello, the breakfast is 10/10, really good variety of choices. The pool and bar/resturant area have stunning views and were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, and theres a rrally cheap transport link for local buses and taxis down to Almalfi which you can sort at reception. The ONLY reason its 4 stars is because theres no blackout curtains or options, so the sun wakes you up very early!

Wedding in Ravello
We stayed at Hotel Graal last week for my sons wedding. It was outstanding. The service is second to none! From Natalie and Francesca and Christiana and Mauricio at the front desk to Natalie at breakfast… they treated all of us like royalty. They bend over backwards no matter what you ask of them. The location is so great because it’s a 2 minute walk into town yet taxis can pull right up to the front door. So convenient! The pool was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic! We had dinner at the restaurant. The view and the food were great! Don’t hesitate to book the Graal!

Lovely views and close to Ravello center
Fantastic location with incredible views from our balcony and also the shared spaces. Spacious room, wonderful food and easy walk to main square. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging transfers and also adjusting when we had unexpected schedule changes. Highly recommend, would stay here again in beautiful Ravello!

Family hotel
This was our 21st time in 17 years, this is a family hotel not a Marriott or Hilton so it’s more personal. The front desk with Nataly and Luigi always a welcoming smile, the Restaurant and the view are amazing. The breakfast room is excellent and you are made so welcome by Pina and her lovely crew they are the best. Looking forward to our 22nd time next year.

We stayed at Hotel Graal in Ravello and, unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience.
The hotel feels very outdated. I understand the traditional Amalfi Coast style, but this isn’t about preserving character—it simply feels like a hotel that was in its prime 20 years ago and has barely been updated since. Overall, it feels much closer to a one-star motel than a four-star hotel.
We booked one of the renovated Deluxe Rooms, which looked nice at first glance, but even that room was poorly maintained. There was mold around the air conditioning unit and mold throughout the shower, which is simply unacceptable in a room marketed as newly renovated. It gave the impression that the room hadn’t been properly maintained after the renovation. The air conditioning itself was another major disappointment. It was extremely noisy, barely maintained the temperature we selected, never got properly cold, and had no sleep mode or modern features. For a room that is marketed as newly renovated, I expected a much more modern and efficient air conditioning system.
The pool experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any hotel. The staff showed little to no interest in maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behavior go completely ignored. Adults were splashing other guests with water, doing cannonballs into the pool, and generally behaving like children, while the staff did absolutely nothing.
