I stayed at the Abc hotel during the week of Ferragosto, to say that I had a great time is an understatement!
I have celiac disease, the attention they provide is truly fantastic.
Exceptional food, from the breakfasts every day with a special buffet, to dinner
First courses, main courses, appetizers, breakfast, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail.
Excellent dining room service, very polite and smiling waiters.
Top room cleanliness
Very cute entertainment for children.
Elisa and Mauro, the hotel owners, are exceptional.
What can I say, if you want to spend a relaxing week and be pampered, you are in the right place!

Excellent experience

I just spent a one-week stay at the hotel ABC with my 8-year-old granddaughter who has celiac disease.
Absolutely positive experience: already on the first evening Gemma was planning the 2027 vacation!
All the staff are kind and available to fulfill every request and need. Attention and care towards celiac guests who finally do not feel different.

Many things to review

The positive things are: location, small but effective indoor play area for kids, with a girl who plays and supervises, not excessive price, exceptional dining room manager.
Alas, there are several negative things: the all-inclusive formula only includes drinks with meals, if you want a coffee other than the one at breakfast you have to pay for it, you want a small bottle of water at 10 at night you have to pay for it, you want anything else at any time you have to pay for it, I wonder what sense it makes to call it all-inclusive!? Then, the rooms are small and old, there is no fridge, there isn't even space to put down a suitcase. Then again, the noise, we had a room that had a window facing the main street (motorcycles, cars, always noise) and the door towards the lobby, where in the evening and early afternoon people scream and you can't rest, more than once we found the restaurant workers themselves making noise. Then again, the waiters are fake polite, a bit like the owners, good with smiles, but who only care about money. Then another sore point, the food, the main courses are fine but the pasta dishes are not, the pasta is perpetually overcooked, it is inedible. I do not recommend it and I will not return; you can find much better in Riccione, but in general, I do not feel like giving it a failing grade.

Excellent experience

I just spent a week at the abc hotel in Riccione with my family and my 4-year-old son: an excellent experience, maximum hospitality and welcome, cleanliness and all services excellent, even the restaurant waiters, always ready to satisfy every request and very nice with the little ones.
I recommend it to anyone who has children and elderly people because it is very close to the sea and easy to access; and in general to those who wish to spend a vacation period in tranquility and serenity. If I can, I will return next year too!!! Thank you abc hotel :-) Maria De Pascalis

Excellent hotel for celiacs and non-celiacs alike

Perfect location right on the sea, a stone's throw from Viale Ceccarini! We stayed here for the first time and were impressed by the family management, the welcome from the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms. A special round of applause to the kitchen for the excellent attention to intolerances, with tasty and safe dishes. Highly recommended for families and couples!
