Superlative.
Ladies and gentlemen, what can I say? The hotel is in an excellent location, cleanliness is excellent, the food is top-notch in quality and quantity, and the kindness and helpfulness are limitless! This is the third consecutive year we have gone, and it is a sure thing in every way! A big compliment goes to LUCA, MARINA, AND HER PARTNERS for managing to always guarantee the same staff and the family-like welcome (something very much appreciated), to GIUSEPPE AND ELENA for ensuring perfect, very fast dining room service, and always with everyone smiling despite the significant pressure... the lady with glasses who does the cleaning on the 3rd floor is kind, fast, and helpful, the shaved-headed gentleman (I think the head chef) who delighted us in every way, and last but not least, SUSY, BARBARA, AND TEA, always at the forefront at the reception but also serving your delicacies... and this year's entertainment girls, whom my children fell in love with, were truly very sweet, and the head entertainer was always on the ball. Great job.
GIGI, THE 2 REBECCAS, GIOVANNA, ROMA, WENDY. The night porter, whose name I don't remember, was also very kind and polite... everything was perfect for adults and children.... thank you for everything Gandolfi room 312 from 07/12/26 to 12/23/26

Sapere che, dopo tre anni consecutivi, continuiate a sceglierci e a considerarci una certezza ci riempie di orgoglio. Il nostro obiettivo è proprio quello di farvi sentire come a casa, e leggere che avete percepito l'atmosfera familiare che cerchiamo di creare ogni giorno è una soddisfazione immensa.

Disappointing entertainment
Hotel overall very nice, food too, but disappointing in the entertainment.
We were expecting something like last year; if the same entertainers had been there, it would have been a completely different story. My children were not happy with it; they were waiting for Celeste and Martina, but unfortunately nothing…
I am sorry, but the entertainment is the main thing, especially if you come as a family, and this year we did not like them, very rude!!!

Fantastic stay and superlative cuisine.
We have just finished an excellent vacation at this property. The staff stands out for a kindness and hospitality that are truly rare, making you feel right at home. The dining is the crown jewel: every day there is a menu that offers everything and more, capable of satisfying any craving, without ever dropping in the quality of the dishes. We are returning home with the scale crying, but with a happy heart. Thanks for everything!

Terrible
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Rimini, I don't recommend it to anyone. I arrived on 06/29/2025, dirty room, air conditioning that doesn't work, they promised to fix it by the end of the day and they didn't do anything, I complained once again and was told that they couldn't do anything and that they would send it to be repaired the next day. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away from this hotel, it's just an annoyance.

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti nel leggere questa recensione e, ancor più, rammaricati nel constatare che TripAdvisor sia stato utilizzato, in questo caso, come strumento di pressione anziché come piattaforma per fornire consigli utili e obiettivi ad altri viaggiatori.
Ci preme chiarire alcuni aspetti: l’aria condizionata nella nostra struttura è autonoma, ma alla data del 29 maggio non era stata ancora attivata in quanto le condizioni climatiche a Rimini erano ancora miti, con temperature comprese tra i 15 e i 22 gradi. Proprio per questo motivo, diversi ospiti ci hanno richiesto delle coperte aggiuntive, a conferma del fatto che la situazione reale fosse ben diversa da quella descritta nella recensione.
Durante la notte, il cliente è sceso minacciando il guardiano notturno di scrivere immediatamente una recensione negativa qualora non fosse stata accesa l’aria condizionata. Tuttavia, il nostro personale notturno non è autorizzato a intervenire su questi impianti e ha correttamente atteso il mattino seguente per riferire la richiesta alla direzione. A supporto di quanto riportato, le condizioni meteorologiche di quei giorni confermano che non vi era alcuna necessità di climatizzazione.
Riteniamo quindi che la recensione sia stata scritta con motivazioni pretestuose, esclusivamente per dare seguito a una minaccia già espressa verbalmente.
Desideriamo inoltre sottolineare che, in comunicazioni private successive, la moglie del cliente ha espresso parole di apprezzamento nei confronti dell’hotel, della qualità del cibo e della gestione. Questo conferma ulteriormente la natura non oggettiva del commento lasciato pubblicamente.
Ci auguriamo che TripAdvisor possa continuare ad essere uno spazio di confronto trasparente e costruttivo, utile ai viaggiatori e rispettoso del lavoro degli operatori del settore.
