Fabulous experience.
I stayed at the Adriatica Hotel in Viserba and I had a wonderful time. From the very first day, I appreciated the friendliness and availability of the entire staff, always ready to meet every need with a smile.
I was fortunate to stay in a sea-view room with a wonderful view: waking up every morning looking at the sea was simply fantastic and made the vacation even more special.
The rooms and common areas are impeccable: excellent cleanliness and great attention to detail. The services offered are truly of high quality and contribute to making the stay pleasant and relaxing.
Breakfast is another strong point: rich, abundant, and able to satisfy every palate, from sweet to savory, with a wide selection of always fresh and tasty products. The best way to start the day!
Another great strength is the location: the beach is literally just steps away from the hotel, very convenient for those who want to enjoy the sea without having to travel far.
A special thanks goes to Chiara, who is simply fantastic: professional, kind, always available, and able to make every guest feel at home. Her attention to customers truly makes a difference.
And how could I not mention Massimo? His smile is absolutely unbeatable and manages to put everyone in a good mood. Not to mention his spritz, truly exceptional: an unmissable appointment that makes the atmosphere of the hotel even more pleasant and family-like.
I highly recommend the Adriatica Hotel to anyone looking to spend a serene, comfortable, and welcoming vacation. Here, one truly feels pampered and welcomed like family. I will definitely return!

WARNING: what we found had nothing to do with what we had booked.
We booked in March for the end of May, convinced we would stay at the Adriatica Hotel by the sea. We arrived and were instead placed in the adjacent structure, referred to as the "twin" HOTEL GIN A choice that no one clearly presented to us at the time of booking.
The room was in embarrassing conditions: old, smelly, full of dust, with a tiny bathroom that had no shower stall. After every shower, the bathroom turned into a swimming pool, the drain worked poorly, and the space was so limited that it was uncomfortable even to move around.
The structure appears dilapidated and neglected. It is difficult to understand how it can be offered to guests at the same price as a normal hotel room. Paying €95 a night for such accommodation was absurd
The justification received was that the structure has been under renovation for a year. As a customer, however, it matters little!! If I pay for a room, I expect a room that conforms to what was advertised, not a completely different and significantly inferior accommodation!!!
As a solution, we were offered a 20% refund or a free weekend. After this experience, we wouldn't return even if it were completely free.
The photos seen during booking and the reality found upon arrival were two totally different things. If we had known beforehand where we would be staying, we would have booked elsewhere without any doubt.

Never again
I stayed at this property on the night of April 29, 2026. The hotel itself might seem nice at first glance, but unfortunately the experience was bad in almost every respect.
The room was dirty: stained sheets and pillowcases, poor general hygiene and little care. Breakfast was also unacceptable: clearly old or poor quality products, mugs with a bad smell, hard bread and not fresh pastries. The coffee and juice machines were unusable.
The price of the room (48 euros) is absolutely unjustified for the level of service offered. Furthermore, at the time of booking, each telephone operator reported a different price, creating further confusion and little transparency.
The most serious thing is that, after having breakfast in the facility, we were sick with symptoms of food poisoning, as confirmed by the medical guard's health workers who prescribed us the necessary medications. The attached photos clearly show the conditions in which I found myself.
After the incident we tried to confront the owner to clarify the situation and manage the discomfort immediately, but the attitude was unprofessional and not at all cooperative, making our report feel not taken seriously.
Experience not to be repeated. I highly recommend this property. (stains present throughout the body )
