Good but not great

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Several aspects that deserve positive mention and others negative. The shower enclosure is truly comfortable with a perfect water jet. Minibar in the room that works perfectly and honestly it is a rarity. Room cleanliness quite good, the second night we were scared because it was raining from the air conditioner and from one o'clock we didn't sleep anymore. The staff, however, the following morning promptly restored everything. The thing that left me disappointed was the fact that after my booking I was offered a room with a terrace….too bad it wasn't specified that it was shared with 2 other rooms. In fact, there were some unpleasant incidents, such as the fact that the guys staying in the room next door were walking around in their underwear. Furthermore, to avoid being seen from inside the room, we were forced to keep the curtains closed. Therefore, it would have been better to specify this at the time of the proposal; I would not have chosen this room. To conclude, they were kind in fulfilling the taxi request for our departure.

Everything was perfect, with maximum willingness from everyone... the girls in the breakfast area were always smiling. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

This was a comfy hotel and bed with friendly and helpful staff. There was no wifi when I stayed which was frustrating but at least the man at reception let me use his hotspot. Ask not to have a room on the ground floor so you don't have to listen to the (friendly enough) night receptionist chatting with his pals!

Relax & jacuzzi in couple

Room with wonderful jacuzzi, on our arrival already warm with soft light, music and candles (with a glass of wine and welcome chocolates). Also from our room you could access directly on the terrace with private spa area for 4h with another jacuzzi, shower and sauna. Very kind staff, helpful and equipped for gluten and lactose free breakfast.
