Authentic luxury, nature, and hospitality: an unforgettable experience.
We spent three wonderful nights at the Adler Ritten Lodge with our 8 and 12-year-old daughters and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most beautiful experiences we have had in a mountain resort. It was our first time at an Adler property and, in all likelihood, it will be the first of a long series.
The location is simply enchanting: immersed in the greenery of the Renon plateau, above Bolzano, the resort integrates with great harmony into the surrounding landscape, offering a sense of peace and contact with nature that is truly rare.
The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The welcome was warm, authentic, and never rushed: the staff dedicated all the time necessary to accompany us to discover the resort and carefully illustrate every service, making us feel like expected guests and not just simple customers.
Our two-level chalet was magnificent. The entrance on the upper floor led to an elegant relaxation space with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the silence of the woods, while the fireplace, complete with wood and everything necessary, helped to create a warm and romantic atmosphere. On the lower floor were the bedrooms: the master bedroom overlooking the private patio with a spectacular view of the Sciliar, embellished in the back by a large bathroom with every comfort and a splendid private sauna. The girls' room, with its own dedicated bathroom, guaranteed comfort and privacy for the whole family. The rooms are very spacious, furnished with great taste, using natural materials that dialogue perfectly with the surrounding context. An additional detail that was highly appreciated was the free minibar, always perfectly stocked.
The all-inclusive formula is of the highest level. Breakfast offers a very rich assortment of high-quality local products. The buffet lunch is completed every day by specialties prepared on the spot: we particularly appreciated the excellent dumplings and a memorable barbecue served on the panoramic terrace. Dinner represents a true gastronomic journey, with dishes prepared with extreme care, local ingredients enhanced with elegance, and the possibility of tasting all the menu offerings. Also worth noting are the wine pairings, always perfectly balanced and capable of highlighting the oenological excellence of South Tyrol.
The SPA deserves a chapter of its own. Pool, large wellness area, panoramic sauna, relaxation room immersed in the woods, and an extraordinarily large and equipped gym make the stay even more special, offering moments of authentic well-being for the whole family.
A truly unique added value is the Renon train station, located right outside the resort. Thanks to the Guest Pass, kindly offered by the hotel, we were able to completely forget about the car and explore the area comfortably by public transport and on foot. A sustainable and very pleasant way to experience this splendid region.

Expectations a bit disappointed.
Booked with very high expectations given the presentation and the awards received by this location. The first evening we had the technician in the chalet at 9:30 PM because the air conditioning was not working; after emptying and dismantling the closet where the electrical panel was located, he postponed the repair to the next day. The start was not the best. In the chalet, there is not a single drawer. Moving on to the dining, the lunch brunch was satisfactory while the dinner exactly reflects the excellent published reviews, whereas the breakfast turns out to be very repetitive; the products are good but nothing extraordinary and certainly inferior to those of the same level; furthermore, the waiters, in particular one, were often quite distracted. It is worth noting an episode that struck me: the desserts during lunch were left uncovered until the afternoon and were often covered by flies and bees; despite our report, nothing changed. Fortunately, we met some staff members, whom I must compliment, who made our stay very pleasant, in particular the bartender Rudy, who is truly very capable, as well as the very knowledgeable and precise Philippe and the nice Isabel. To finish, the cold lady at the reception gave us a 6-euro jar of jam for our complaints when we were settling the bill. The resort is very beautiful, but I expected more.

True luxury all-inclusive. It is nice to return every year.
Every year it gets better and better with some new features. Beautiful property managed by the best director in the Adler chain: Carmen, always present, empathetic, smiling, and ready to accommodate every guest's wish. The restaurant is impeccably managed by Paul and Andrea Bezerra, who are always proactive and attentive to every type of allergy and pamper the guest from start to finish. Dining room staff Philip and Andrea are very skilled and professional. At the bar for innovative cocktails, Rudi and Lorenzo are always ready to experiment. The spa is masterfully and warmly managed by Lisa. At the front desk, Karin is super, always with a smile and a very talented problem solver.

A dream week
We spent a dream week at the Adler Ritten. Everything there is perfect: from the environment, to the atmosphere, to the attention to detail, to the cuisine and the staff, who are attentive, kind, and professional at the same time. A special mention goes to Alex, who looked after our dinners with friendliness, precision, and great skill in explaining the wines that were served to us each time, and to Rudi and Afaq from the bar area: imaginative cocktails, each one better than the last.
But what I want to emphasize is how the concept and intent of the place is fully achieved. Peace, tranquility, and silence with a view of the Dolomites in front. Priceless.
