Fantastic B&B

B&B central and well connected, close to Manzoni metro station and 10 minutes by bus from Termini station. Modern and spotless. Breakfast is served at the nearby bar (all very good..includes a hot drink and a croissant/croissant). The owners very kind and helpful. The only thing .. when you book let us explain which door to ring because there is no sign outside and not even a name on the doorbell. Definitely will be back!

Awful service

I’ve booked the room at booking.com.
When I had had the check-in I saw that the room doesn’t look like on the profile photos. For the landlords it isn’t the problem, they think that design of rooms doesn’t have a value for a booking decision. They are cheating with photos and not feel guilty about it.
The landlord offered me to make money full refund. When I made decision to leave the guesthouse, the landlords forbade me to use wi-fi. So, the refund still not confirmed on the Booking on the hotels side. They still have ignored me in the direct.
As a result I’ve lost my money and haven’t had the room, wich i booked.
This hotel is a guesthouse. The private bathroom doesn’t locked outside, so it is not private in fact.
The breakfast providing in the restaurant, not in the guesthouse.
Also here is the dog living here, but it wasn’t be on the hotel’s description.
The location is available by taxi, but if you decide to walk you will have to walk from the metro around 16 minutes under the scorching sun

A great place to visit the eternal city of Rome

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is comfortable and very clean. It is very conveniently located - not far from the Colosseum (10-15 mins by foot). Manzoni metro station is nearby.
Andrea met us personally – advised interesting places and restaurants nearby Unfortunately we did not have time to try breakfast since we left early, but there is a cozy kitchen you can use anytime - fridge to store your food, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine.

Lovely!

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at Andrea and Annalisa’s B&B. They are extremely friendly and helpful hosts and they prepare a very delicious breakfast :) We stayed in the “green” Safari room, which was very spacious, bright and comfy. The area is very nice, with a walking distance to Colosseum. We highly recommend!

Excelent place!

The place is absolutely grate. The area is safe, close to the metro (3 minutes) and the hosts are incredible and very, very helpful. The rooms are really nice decorated and you can spend quality time over there.
