Optimal

I stayed for 4 nights in this property for work reasons. The room is very good and appears very clean. Good location for reaching the Lodi metro and the Porta Maggiore area, reachable on foot or by bus. Very kind and helpful hostess. More than advisable stay.

Amazing hosts, good location. With kitchen, you can made tea (in Italy!) and so on. All perfect.

The room has a private bathroom, free WiFi and AC. The B&B is hard to find, the GPS will not show you the exact spot in the map. There is free private parking. Our room was facing a busy elevated road and the traffic noise was perceptible. It was clean and it has a small fridge too.

Great hospitality, good location

We were greated my Marysol (the owner/keeper) in the B&B around noon. After all formalities, she gave us a map and explained in details where everything is. Her english is not great but just enough to communicate end explain most important bits. She was very helpfull all the way through our stay.
Every morning we had a simple (buffet style) but filling breakfast around 8am. Marysoll also prepared proper espresso, but after all we were in Rome ;)
The room was decent size with large bathroom. We received fresh towels on the arrival. As our rooom was opossite neighbours windows (it was facing the "yard"), you could hear them from time to time, but it was nothing serious.
Some people say that the neighbourhood looks bit dodgy and i thought so at the begining as well, but it was ok. We were coming back to B&B quite late often and have not felt unsafe even once.
We probably will be back next year for couple of days.

This is a really good choice of accomodation as it has reasonable price for the services provided.Room was clean and nicely decorated, bathroom too.It takes about 15 minutes to get to Termini by bus.Sweet breakfast is probably the only negative thing, its the same every day.
