Great staff, very clean room. There cleaner does an incredible job. It’s very close to everything.
If you scared of elevators though it’s a bit of a hassle on the 3rd floor but nothing crazy for younger folks.

“The location was very convenient—within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and historical sites. The place was charming, modern, and very clean. The hosts were extremely helpful, and the big jet tub was a great touch! My only suggestion would be to add an electric kettle with coffee and tea, which would take it to the next level. I would definitely stay here again! 😊”

The location is very convenient to Vatican City (about 20 minutes walk), as well as to Spanish Steps and other attractions of Rome.
The receptionist Giulio was fast to respond to any inquiry via WhatsApp and was very accommodating.
The room’s cleanliness is superb.
Looking forward to our next stay here!

Great location, service and cleanliness!
The breakfast is a French cafe around the corner which is excellent, only wish it included more than only a croissant, coffee and juice, if added eggs would be appreciated.
