Bed Bugs Discovered Within Hours of Check-In
When we returned at around 10:30 pm and prepared for bed, we turned back the bedding and found insects (bed bugs) on the sheets and also on the walls, in various sizes. The condition of the room felt neglected and unsanitary, and we did not feel the property met the standards advertised. Rather than say so immediately in person when we met him, we did not see things in detail then.
We contacted the owner immediately. He allowed us to cancel without penalty, but no refund was provided, despite the fact that we did not stay the night or any of the three nights booked. We had to find emergency accommodation late that night.
Booking.com reviewed the case but were only able to offer an £8 ‘reward’ refund because the property did not cooperate with their request for a full refund.
This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope these details help future guests make an informed decision.

Забыл упомянуть туалет это просто хуже чем на вокзале.
This place was a complete nightmare. The room was filthy, with mold and damp everywhere. There were bedbugs biting us all night — it was impossible to sleep. The air was damp and musty, and the noise level was unbearable. We got no rest at all.
The bathroom was disgusting — dirty, covered in urine, and clearly not cleaned properly. Mold was growing there too, which made everything even worse.
We tried to speak to the owner, but he didn’t care at all. He ignored every complaint. This place is a serious health hazard. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
This hotel should be shut down immediately! Just look at the other reviews on Google — they confirm everything. Avoid at all costs!
