Very good

Nice room located on the first floor of a building, comfortable and clean, large television and air conditioning. Single PVC window that hides street noise. Kind owner. Location approximately 300m from Termini station therefore easily reachable on foot.

Cog

It's disgusting! I called as soon as I arrived because no one answered from the intercom and with great arrogance he answered that he had to come and open it and instead I stayed more than half an hour waiting because the cog did not think to tell over the phone that I would have to wait so long. When I called him back several times to tell him he was a cog he even threatened me not to speak ill. (Through whatsapp vowels) Needless to say, the room sucked, dirty and smelled like smoke all over the apartment. I couldn't sleep because there wasn't even a curtain or blind. Only one towel available

Very Polite Resepsionist

I rate with 4 for the guy at the reception. His helpfulness and kindness made our stay easier. The hotel had a problem with the hot water and heating and the receptionist came in at night and fixed it. Lucky the owner who has such an employee treasure.

You May Be Moved to another property!

I booked to stay in this property recently but was shafted on arrival to another property several streets away. My payment was already taken. I booked this one specifically because it was near the station and I had 40 kilos of baggage.
The behaviour of the management left a lot to be desired and I certainly would not book them again.
