Fantastic Location Great Service
I took my son for a weekend break to Rome. We knew we would be spending little time in the room so decided to go for a cheaper B&B rather than an expensive hotel as we know we would be eating out every night and just using the room basically to sleep.
Elisabetta was very helpful and provided a lot of information prior to arrival so that we could easily gain access to our room as we arrived fairly late at night. The room was pretty basic, as you would expect, but very clean and pleasant enough. There is a communal area and then 4 separate bedrooms off of this area. There were shared amenities that we could use such as an Iron, fridge, washing machine etc. The wifi worked well and was good.
The location is excellent. Very central and we walked everywhere from here. The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are literally minutes away but if you like walking, even the Colosseum and Vatican are only a 20-25 minute walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Elisabetta provided a lot of recommendations for places to eat locally.
If we needed anything or was unsure, we simply sent a WhatsApp to Elisabetta and got a very quick response.
For breakfast we were given a voucher to use each day at the cafe next door. This included for a tea/coffee and a fresh pastry of your choice.
All in all a very pleasant stay in an amazing city.

Nice experience
Centrally located property, perfect for walking to any monument. We visited from inside the Pantheon and Colosseum. Cozy room and always clean very helpful and friendly staff, the girl recommended a place to dine a great carbonara. We did not meet the owner who was very kind with information

Loved this property, great location, walkable to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Very clean, bed was small but comfortable. My only negative is the mildew in the bathroom and no towel hooks, there were no place to hang my towel, I had to put it in some rails in the bathroom, I think it was the heater. Only one small table on one side of the bed, I had to put my small items on the floor, or I used my suitcase as a table. I would still recommend this place, and would stay again because the location was great. The host was very nice, she even arranged our transportation back to the airport.

Great convenience -- within walking distance of major sites including Trevi, Pantheon, Capitoline Hill, Vic Emmanuel building, and several museums. Problems--
Shower head only produced skin stinging sprays. Need hooks on walls to hang towels to dry and for coats/jackets. Overly soft mattress. One small mirror hung too high for many people.
