The only place you need to stay in Rome! It is perfectly located steps from Trevi Fountain.

This quaint hotel/Airbnb centrally located. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the fourth floor. The hostess was extremely accommodating when we got there helping with our gigantic luggage getting us in and out of the elevator, if you’ve ever traveled in Europe, you know how small they can be! The accommodations were super clean and very well appointed. We had a beautiful continental breakfast, served every day of our three day stay. Our hostess was super helpful with information on how to get around and what to see. She invited us to dinner on our first night which we accepted and we were so glad we did! It was amazing! Everything is served on the rooftop. The views are stunning and you also get a small peak at the Trevi fountain. our hostess was quick any answer all are questions was very prompt if we needed anything like extra towels. We would most definitely give them more than 5 stars if we could!!

Perfect stay for family with incredible service and great location.

An incredible stay for family of 3. We had a room with two huge bedrooms with a table. Air conditioning was very cold which was great for July visit. Mariel, Karla, and Olga were absolutely amazing - they prepared wonderful breakfasts each morning, kept the rooms so clean, and were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I eat gluten free and they were always so careful with the food and even had some gluten free breads on hand. They surprised us with a dinner our last night in Rome which was so thoughtful and delicious. There were two rooftop decks, both beautiful with tables and other spots to just relax with couches and lounges. The location is perfect, not even a block from Trevi Fountain, with tons of restaurants, shops, and easy to get around to other parts of Rome. We will definitely return to Casa Modelli and look forward to seeing Mariel, Karla, and Olga again.

Great location and accomodations

Excellent aparthotel steps away from Trev Fountain. Very central location w/ walking to Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. There were 3 of us that fit comfortably in a Superior Apartment which comes with 2 nice bathrooms (very updated). Karla and Olga were gracious hosts and served a delicious breakfast each day. Would stay again!

Great place to stay right by the TREVI fountain. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is amazing. We looked forward to Breakfast on the upstairs patio each day. I they also have an upper patio that we sat at each night and had an amazing view of the city. This place was truly a great find!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Modelli. Beautiful, clean, air-conditioned apartment, amazing central location (right next to the Trevi Fountain but an oasis of calm in amongst the bustling city) which was perfect for our first time visiting Rome. Mariel couldn’t have done any more to make us feel welcome and looked after. Lovely breakfasts on the beautiful terrace and we were treated to a surprise home-cooked dinner on our last night in Rome- so delicious and so kind and a lovely way to finish our holiday (where we also met the owner and learnt about the history of Casa Modelli). Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
