Demis Home is the perfect place to camp for a Roma walk in vacation

Demis Home is near everything, is just some blocks from The Vatican, and from The Center of the city, we went from there to all the principal Rome places just by walking and it is pretty easy to. The neighborhood is very secure and peaceful, it is also so quiet that is easy to rest at night, with many goods stores and restaurants with a very nice menu. The room is cleand and cozy, it has all the needed amenities and even a small refrigerator!!. Cinzia is a wonderful host and made us feel at home, also she left some biscuits and coffee for each morning. My next time to Rome I will be booking there again. No doubts!

Great b&b

Nice b&b on the first floor of a building located in a quiet and very quiet area, convenient because it is a stone's throw from Via Gregorio VII (where there are several bus stops to move freely and get to the historic center) and 10 minutes walk from Vatican City.
Our room was very spacious and divided into two areas, one with double bed and single sofa bed and the other with double sofa bed, there was also a table with two benches and a mega terrace equipped with seats and tables.
It has a huge potential... if I may suggest only more care in cleaning, fixing/repainting the walls (surely you had problems with the air conditioner), more care to the terrace and spend a little something on new furniture.
The owner is very nice and helpful!
Definitely I will come back and suggest it to those who will stop in Rome ☺️

Super location, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants, gelato, family neighborhood. The property was clean and very comfortable. Loved having the balcony to relax for morning espresso or evening snack. And a kitchen if needed! We would definitely return! Great value!
