Excellent amazing breakfasts and exceptional staff very friendly
Friendly and attentive people, we feel at home, plus the hotel is strategically located: perfect
Thank you people for so much hospitality
I only remember some names like Alejandra who made us the room every day, and left the place clean, RACE who prepared us cappuccinos and knew that in the end we would order an espresso and there he was offering it
Simone, a wonderful character who brought us a smile every morning, but they were all very friendly until the muratore who worked in the hotel for renovations
Thank you we will be back next time we are in Rome and I recommend
Notice that I don't know anyone and it's the first time we've gone to Rome

Aging hotel
The positive points:
The staff: This is the real strong point of the establishment. The team is charming, super kind, and really welcoming. You immediately feel well received.
The negative points:
The general condition and the bathroom: Unfortunately, the hotel is quite aging. In our room, the plumbing was leaking and there wasn't even a door to the shower stall. Needless to say, the bathroom quickly turned into a wading pool with each use.
Breakfast: A big disappointment on that front. It is more than mediocre, to say the least, frankly not very good. The selection is limited and the quality is lacking.
In summary, a hotel that serves its purpose thanks to the kindness of its staff, but that greatly needs a good technical renovation and a better breakfast buffet in the morning.

TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED!!!!!
- mold on the walls
- drain that did not work, both of the shower and toilet
- hair and hair in the bed and floors
- stains in the sink and shower floor
- smells like sewer in some rooms
- lights struck
- shower that either the water was boiling or was ice
But one thing that shocked everyone: in a mini-bar in one of the many rooms, cheese, an expired sandwich and tiramisu, rotten with worms and ants everywhere inside, which caused an incredible smell inside the room and the hallway (after it was moved).
As you can understand the rooms were not exactly clean, in fact there were several room changes that made the time pass considerably (which was little given the various appointments we had), but especially when they moved people from the "unusable" rooms the given rooms were initially already occupied by other people, demonstrating the little organization and seriousness of the hotel.
Putting aside the rooms we talk about breakfast, we start by saying that the room that hosts this “breakfast” was really small, we had to work several shifts between classes to sit, people who stayed standing....
Another aspect (which in comparison to the rest is nothing) is the elevator, which is one, small and slow, many times we had to take the stairs (emergency, since on the third floor the only way down was the elevator which in my opinion is really absurd as what) because otherwise you would stay even 5 minutes waiting for it.
The only positive thing I find it is the location, however close to Termini station and a few minutes from the metro station, and the staff who seemed aware of everything but helped us in everything they could, very kind.
For everything else ABSOLUTELY AVOID IT!!!!
There are definitely other hotels that deserve more.
I'll never set foot there again.

This is not a three star hotel as they claimed
This hotel is NOT three star. The decor is dated, the dining area is cramped. I did not feel we were given what was booked for from the pictures online. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is good.
Very good location
