Excellent!

Beautiful and super special hotel. Room in modern style , such as the bathroom which has a very spacious and well-functioning shower. Excellent service especially thanks to the possibility of filling the water and the working and stable wi-fi.

Convenient to the metro

Clean and tidy room. The room was very warm, perhaps excessively so even with the heating off. It is a guest house (guest house); you can leave your luggage in a common area after check-out, but without custody. Overall experience above expectations.

Incredible stay❤️

Me and my family enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean. the location is perfect.. very close to the vatican area.. very close to metro and bus stations.. supermarket and all shops needed all beside you..

Non-existent customer support

I stayed at the property with my boyfriend, due to an oversight on our part we forgot the keys in the room, we called the reception but it was closed so we called the property's emergency number 34 times without receiving any response, we also tried to call locksmiths and firefighters but unfortunately as it is an apartment we cannot intervene without the owner's consent.
I am asthmatic and my pump was inside the room, it was not night, it was eight in the evening, luckily on the 35th call they answered and opened it remotely, 4 days later I am still waiting to be contacted for the refund for ruined holiday

Smart choice

We were very pleasantly surprised. The location is good as it is close to Metro and not far from Vatican and Rome city centre. Room was nice and clean and offered all possible amenities. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was lovely.
