Great location. Very close to the coliseum. Super clean. Staff Indian girl and Filipina girl were very friendly. The only problem I see is if you check in late you have to communicate with them so they can give you the codes to enter the property. It was a problem to us as we arrived in the property at 11pm.

Beware

I booked this hotel in February 2026 using airline points and paid an additional $760 through the booking agent. When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that we had to pay another $830 because the hotel owner was having issues with the booking agent. We were told we would not receive our room key unless we paid the additional amount.
Since this was not what we had agreed to when booking, we chose to leave rather than pay the extra charge. I then had to file a claim to recover both my airline points and the money I had already paid.
I attempted to communicate with the owner via text message to resolve the situation, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he insulted me and called me names. This was completely unacceptable and confirmed that customer service is not a priority at this property.
After reading other reviews, I can see that similar complaints have been made by other guests. I strongly recommend taking those reviews seriously. Based on my experience, I would not stay here and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

Privileged location

Privileged location. I thought the window was good for the Colosseum, but it's the back of the building that's good. Anyway it is close to several tourist attractions. The room and the bathroom served us super well. The super friendly receptionist. Breakfast is the already assembled tray that they take in the room, with a marked schedule, but good variation. I like it too much.

super stay! recomended

amazing experience. i was reading some of previous feedbaks and i realized how people can be really disgusting. don't trust those negative feedbacks some or them are evidently double. Maison is located just ad the side of Colosseum, it means just perfect. our room was exaclty like in the pictures and was clean. great cominucation before and during the stay. we used luggage storage after check out
