We stayed in this place, highly recommended, everything was perfect, top cleanliness, nothing was missing in the room, super equipped, top notch staff, and it is also just a few meters from Termini station so very convenient

Nice enough hotel but it is in a building with a bunch of other hotels, served by the same reception. Just strange for me. Why dont the just make the entire building one hotel.

It is very close to the Termini station
Which at night is not very safe
The decoration is very dated although the room is a good size and has a small balcony
We were only there for 3 nights and one of them they didn't do the cleaning
The tourist tax is paid in cash and is 5 euros per person per night

The hotel was good! The service needs to be improved also, they offer “Buffet Breakfast” which is not! I’m so disappointed about it. They bread was no fresh, the was almost no ham left, drink glasses were tiny and paper, no eggs, there was not a breakfast at all! Please me sure to remove that fake information from the hotel, that’s gonna be a snack but not a Buffet breakfast as the website says.
