Location appreciable.

Great accommodation, a quiet place, perfectly usable rooms, friendly and efficient staff, near Roma Termini, also advisable for logistics travel.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

Price clearly competitive compared to other nearby facilities, convenient location, yes and practically opposite Termini station. The manager is really nice and helpful to all requests made

Penalty cancellation

They charged me 80 euros for canceling the reservation late, according to them, I give notice with enough time to free the room, it seems an abuse. Dolo think about boxing

DIRE

This "hotel" has been left with 80 euros of a reservation that I canceled within the deadline. Not only have they not returned my money, but they don’t answer calls or emails, and they hide as if I wasn’t with them. A real tease shot.
The worst part is not only that they charge for a stay that was NOT made, but that they do not even show their face. Zero seriousness, zero attention, zero shame. A nefarious and unethical management. It's not a hotel, it's a tourist trap.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to stay here, unless you want to throw away your money and be treated with total indifference.

The horror you never forget

On booking the reviews are better than those of this site, unfortunately I booked reading only those. I was there with my wife and daughter last week, as soon as we arrived my daughter was already scared. Shabby environment, smelly room, double bed sheets consisting of nr.2 single sheets arranged horizontally, a nice yellow spot on the sheet.
The staff was also friendly and the location is very strategic, it would take little to make customers feel a little more pampered.
