A wounded bear

A five-star hotel should be perfect considering the cost. Instead, we found the reception closed upon arrival in the early afternoon and we were greeted by the waiter, who was otherwise very kind and willing to help us. Furthermore, we could not use the balcony because the French door was broken.
Excellent breakfast, however, and the staff was very kind
It's a shame because the location is very deserving and the attached restaurant is excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Orso Grigio. It is a place that conveys tranquility and elegance from the very first moment. The room was splendid, large, very clean, and very well-kept. The staff was always kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The cuisine also won us over: delicious, high-quality dishes. We will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience.

An oasis of peace

My husband and I have just finished our one-week stay at this hotel. We had the Palco Silvestre room, which was immense in size, practically an apartment, with a garden and a heated jacuzzi outside and a private hammam shower in the bathroom.
The staff is very courteous, especially Miss Mara at the reception, super competent and ready to respond to every need and resolve every situation… The breakfast is excellent, served at the table or in the room, where it can also be enjoyed in the garden. We took advantage of the half-board service, with excellent food quality. Great competence and attention from Renzo Bertol in the dining room service and from Chef Cristian Bertol… the salmon marinated in Trentino DOC is excellent!!!
We had dinner outside one evening, a unique atmosphere… we didn't repeat it because the temperatures drop rapidly and the property obviously cannot be blamed for this, even though they did provide us with blankets.
Cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel is impeccable; while you are at dinner, they come to the room to tidy up the bed, bathroom, and garden.
We have already booked a weekend in November to celebrate my birthday and my daughter's…
A heartfelt thank you to the Bertol brothers and their staff.
