The food is divine

I found this restaurant by chance and honestly I was very lucky because first of all there is a very welcoming and quality service, but then the food is divine, you can tell that the business is family-run and this is an added value, we had the “SFIZI DEL PINGUINO” as an appetizer, very good, then 2 first courses (Crepes + beans and mussels), everything was truly delicious, I highly recommend you go there.

Very good

Welcoming, comfortable and clean, useful for visiting Ravello; Scala offers very little. It has a wonderful view of Ravello and the valley but only for the rooms that overlook the road (a bit noisy). Very convenient parking included. Great breakfast with homemade cakes and a nice fresh fruit salad. It also has the restaurant which can be convenient.

POOR MANAGEMENT

Booked to spend a weekend with family and be able to visit Ravello.
Arrived at the time communicated and confirmed by Mr. Walter, after more than 1 hour of travel, arrived in the structure at check in there was no one waiting for us.
Called by telephone Mr. Walter tells us that a mix-up was made with the bookings and that the room for us was not available without worrying about what happened and without contacting us and notifying us before arrival.
We had to regretfully cancel the reservation in Ravello for dinner and we had to return home not being able to find in the area a last minute facility.

Good value for money

Simple and family kitchen with discovery of traditional dishes.
The dishes are hearty.
Dinner on the terrace nice.

A nice discovery

The view of the rooms overlooking the street is beautiful. The Owner Mr. Walter immediately proved to be kind and welcoming. Hearty breakfast. Great value for money. It has a small private car park sufficient to accommodate guests' cars.
