Excellent value for money. Strategic location of the accommodation for everything (center, supermarket, bus, church, etc.). Staff (especially the owners) of extraordinary kindness and helpfulness.

Geweldig hotel

This hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. It is perfectly situated for the many hiking trails in the area, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The rooms are charming, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful view overlooking the town and the valley. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of quality products. The staff and owners are genuinely warm, welcoming, and extremely friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. thank you, Mareike and Andy

Peculiar hotel experience, looks like Fawlty Towers

The room and service in the room was good, approaching the reception was not easy because the response sometimes responded a bit “directly”. Unfortunately it was not possible to leave our valuables at the reception during our last day of skiing, it was allowed to be left in the ski loft where we were also allowed to change. The whole thing reminded me a lot of Fawlty Towers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing hospitality

Rooms were good, breakfast fine arranged only the owner was particularly inflexible, unkind and not welcoming. We had to change in a musty ski loft with seven people after skiing on departure.

rude holder

The new and very nice room with a more than good view nestled in the mountains, but the owner of an extreme rudeness. I am not the first to write about the behavior of this subject and I fully understand the others who have complained. The education for the staff of a hotel is basically and the customer IS RIGHT MRPE. POINT AND JUST
