A beautiful lunch by the lake

Walking around we found this beautiful restaurant on the lake. Wonderful location, we had the water beneath us with the breeze and the swans and the ducklings... for those who love nature and animals, it's wonderful. Excellent service, very kind staff and delicious food... worth returning to ☀️❤️

"Beautiful Location, Great Food, Disappointing Service

We came across this beautiful lakeside restaurant while looking for somewhere to have dinner with our group of seven adults and a baby. The setting was stunning, and it looked very welcoming.
We were initially greeted by a friendly waitress who showed us to our table, but unfortunately the service went downhill from there. The waiter who took our order came across as uninterested and unhelpful. When we asked questions about the menu, his responses were unhelpful and quite rude, which made us feel uncomfortable.
After taking our order, he barely acknowledged us. Our drinks order was incorrect, and instead of checking on us, we had to ask another waitress to sort it out. Overall, the staff seemed uninterested in their guests, and there was very little effort to make us feel welcome or looked after.
It's a real shame because the food itself was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. However, good food alone doesn't make up for poor customer service. Sadly, because of the unfriendly attitude and lack of attentiveness from the staff, we wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant despite its lovely location and excellent food.

Dinner overlooking the lake

Whenever we visit Sirmione we make sure we stop by for dinner here. Fabulous service, lovely food and gorgeous views of the lake

A great disappointment!

As every time I come to the spa, even this evening 4/6/26, I stop enthusiastically at this restaurant that has always welcomed outside guests, not just those staying at the hotel.
A restaurant that, until today, has maintained its character by distinguishing itself from the sea of tourist restaurants in the area.
A stunning view of the lake surrounds a restaurant that had, and I say had, its own distinction.
Unfortunately, tonight the lake view was denied to me despite there being available seating.
But, worse still, my typical dish, tagliolini with lake ragù, has become the standard dish of a tourist restaurant.
The attentive and very kind waiters now appear not rude, but cold and unwelcoming; in short, they greet you only out of duty, without any care for detail or the relationship with the customer.
It's a shame; I came to the spa confident of enjoying a wonderful lunch or dinner, but unfortunately, it is no longer so. What a shame, you are just like all the others!

Wonderful surprise

A wonder. Lovely hotel, unbeatable location, much better room than I expected, photos are not updated. Very good breakfast and unforgettable lake views. Lovely staff like the whole hotel. Hotel to recommend and thank for a wonderful stay, according to the place Sirmione is a marvel.
