la ringraziamo per la sua recensione e siamo molto dispiaciuti che al contrario della stragrande maggioranza dei nostri ospiti, non abbia potuto godere pienamente il suo soggiorno presso il nostro albergo.
Grazie mille per i suoi apprezzamenti sulle nostre receptionist, sulla pulizia delle camere e sulla nostra posizione centrale.
Ci dispiace molto che non abbia apprezzato la nostra cucina, ma la posso assicurare che tutto il nostro staff di cucina, si impegna al massimo per offrire piatti della tradizione locale, nazionale ed internazionale e come potrà notare dalle altre recensioni è molto apprezzata da tutti. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di attesa ritengo che consumare un pasto nell'arco di un'ora, rientri nella normalità ed in ogni caso se lei desiderava accorciare i tempi bastava semplicemente che ce lo avesse fatto presente.
Ci farebbe veramente piacere di ospitarla nuovamente presso di noi, dandoci così la possibilità di farla ricredere su quanto da lei lamentato e le inviamo i nostri più cordiali saluti.

Mountain comfort!
We were on a half-board deal, others on bed and breakfast. The breakfast and evening meals were good. Plentiful self service selection at breakfast and the evening meals always included a traditional local dish in each of the three courses. Huge self service appetiser table. All the staff worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable and did their best considering our complete lack of Italian speaking. Ample car parking.

la ringraziamo per aver trascorso un fine settimana insieme al suo amico a quattro zampe nella nostra struttura a San Martino di Castrozza.
