Cozy hotel in Beppu

Small and cozy hotel in Beppu. They don't provide extra towels for onsen. Food is good. Location is not far from train station.

Great experience. First stay in the hotel where our door shoes can not be worn. Liked the room, comfortable bed. English via translators only though. Indoor and outdoor hot springs. Private parking, attentive staff.

A charming hotel close to public transport

Hana Beppu is a very good, charming, hotel, not very large. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are every time very welcoming when you arrive. They speak basic English only. Their lobby is beautiful and comfortable. It is located close to the station and bus stops.
The rooms are large enough and complete. Unfortunately the breakfast is somewhat limited in choice.

Excellent hygiene and nice food & service

My family stayed there in Feb 2025 for 2 nights, the hygiene is surperb, their staffs would keep all the guests' shoes at reception and the facilities and room were in very new conditions. They offer a flexibility that it is available to change for the Japanese dinner for my 2 kids instead of their western style set and the Japanese set is very fullful and tastely, please contact the hotel in advance if you need the above arrangement. Although their breakfast is simple, the raw eggs rice is very special and also tastely. Their room price is not low but it is surely value to money.
