Decent choice if you don't want to spend to much
Our room was really not expensive and it was a decent sized tatami room (something between 6 and 8 mats). The room was clean, but the small shared bathroom could have been cleaner.
The guest house is centrally located in Naha, very close to the market and the main shopping street (Kokusai Dori).
We left early in the morning and had breakfast another place. I don't think they serve breakfast, but there is a refrigirator close to the bathroom where you can store food and there is also free tea and instant coffee.
All in all, this is a decent budget choice. For one night it was fine, but I think I would have chosen to pay more and stayed another place if I was going to be in Naha for several days.

結論から言うと、とても良いです👍
国際通りに近く、波の上ビーチにも歩いて行けます。
そこは通常ホテルの半額の値段で1泊することができ、なおかつ部屋もとても広く窓があります。
夏の冷房は100円を投入し、3時間で停止するため、夜寝るときはめんどくさいですが、冬に旅行する際は、冷房を気にする必要がありません。

ただし、普通のマンションの3DKの部屋の中の、１室を借りるというスタイルになります。渡されるカギは玄関の鍵だけで、泊まる１部屋ごとの鍵はありません。部屋の中にいるときは内側から鍵をかけられますが、部屋を離れる時は外側からは鍵をかけられません。つまり外出時は、貴重品を部屋の中に残しておけません。また、トイレとお風呂はユニットバスタイプで３部屋の共用でした。
それでもコスパは最高だと思います。部屋の中は清潔で広く、エアコンも効くし、バスタオルと歯ブラシセット、シャンプー、石鹸、ドライヤーなど最低限の備品もあっります。
私は那覇の郊外に住む地元民ですが、那覇市内で飲んだ後、タクシーや代行で帰るよりは断然こちらに宿泊することを選びます。個人的には、素泊まりならカプ セルホテルよりもこちらがおすすめです。機会があれば今後も利用したいです。
