The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes.

民泊は外国人を対象としていると考えるが、
床に髪の毛が散見され、キッチン用液体が枯渇、フローリングワイパーの換えも無しだった。お風呂の洗い場もシャンプー等がこびり付いており、所々が赤くなっていました。
もう少しで良いので、配慮があれば⭐️３つかなと。

部屋の隅に髪の毛や埃の塊が落ちてたり、前回の宿泊客の物と思われるゴミが落ちていたりなど掃除が行き届いていない点、ソファ上のクッションも整列されているとは程遠い並べられ方で、他人の生活感が出ていたのがマイナスです。
ただ、それ以外は気になる点もなく、ベッドカバーやシーツも綺麗にメイキングされていたので、全体的には問題ないと思います。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

無人接觸旅館，但聯絡很即時，空間大又可以自行運用一些廚具烹煮食物，住宿很滿意，之後有機會會想再入住

レンタカーがあったので市街地から離れたところもいいなっと予約。
予約後に知らされていたパスワードで解錠し玄関はオートロックになっています。
鍵をなくす心配もないし対面で何かしなくてはならないことがないのはとてもいいです！
部屋は【家】って感じでくつろげます。
ダブルベットが3つ！！
最大6人で泊まれる感じでした。
一通り生活できるものは揃っていましたがルームウェアはなかったので持参したほうがいいです。
室内もとてもきれい！
駐車場がないので徒歩5分はかからないくらいのところに停めました。（24時間上限1000円）
出入り自由ではないのが不便。。。
併設してあると満点ですねー
周りにはコンビニが1件あるくらいで他は特になにもないです。
車あり前提の場所ですね。
2泊しましたがもっとのんびりしたかったくらい！
また泊まりたいです。
