for the price I paid with free breakfast and dinner, really awsome! the hotel is a bit outdated but it is clean; staffs are nice! parking is 1100 yen per night
I stayed here for 2 nights and foods quality are ok; we like the salad and oranges!
the only thing is: the staircase from ground floor to the escalator, when I saw that I think why? but then I found out I should bring down my luggages via the garage parking as there is a door, but anyway hope in the near future, the hotel will build an escalator to replace those stairs

The hotel is a bit dated and evidences of renovations are everywhere, but the service is excellent and the hotel is clean and well run. The real bonus is the fact that both a buffet breakfast and a light dinner are provided free as part of the hotel bill. While not exactly gourmet, both the dinner and breakfast were more than adequate. A real bargain.

The single non-smoking room I stayed at was very spacious and tidy. Onsen or hot spring on the 15th floor was just great. I could stretch my legs and arms in the big bathtub. On the following morning, I enjoyed buffet style breakfast. I could choose my favorite foods and drinks.
I would like to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Yonago again.

Great value for money.

Excellent value for money. Dinner and breakfast are free. A set meal is included. I was prepared for it because of word of mouth that it was dirty, but if I was prepared, it would be wonderful. The only problem was that the water supply in the bath in the room was leaking and would fly in multiple directions. But there's no way to think about value for money. I don't like the atmosphere around me. The entrance is not facing the main street and you will pass through the drinking district, so if you are concerned, you should arrive before the light is out.

The room rate included dinner and breakfast. The big bath oversees the train station.
