I enjoyed my stay there before my flight

I stayed for two nights in this cozy hotel by chance, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent, right in the downtown area, close to everything you might want to see or visit. Restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops, and historical areas are all nearby. Although the front door is not on the main street, the hotel is easy to find.
I stayed in a double room that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large bed was very comfortable. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, which was great for preparing hot drinks, a TV, and AC. A very nice gesture was the complimentary bottle of water provided for guests.
The bathroom was clean and spacious, with both hot and cold water available. Shampoo and shower gel samples were provided, along with towels. There were even slippers available. There is no hand-held shower, which may be a consideration for guests who prefer not to rinse their hair during a quick shower.
Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options, including vegetables, cheese, jams, eggs, labneh, foul, falafel, and cornflakes and more. Most importantly, there was coffee and hot milk available on the side (best thing for me to start my day).
The staff in all areas, reception, breakfast service, and room cleaning, were very kind, extremely friendly, and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Dishonest owner, misleading messages

All hotels and tour operators in Jordan were accommodating with cancellations and changes due to the war. The owner of this hotel misleads guests and then ignores requests. Assured me that canceling the reservation would be no problem and then played games until the travel date basically ignoring any requests. If that’s how the owner behaves before the trip, I can’t imagine how he treats guests when you arrive
Avoid!

The best in town❤️

This 3-star hotel is centrally located (old town) clean, rooms of the right size, soundproofed and with views of the city.
But its strength is the people who work there.
Very kind, available to any request I made to them, from money exchange to priority check to phone charger, excursions etc... They always made me find Dell water in the room and gave me all the attention possible ..
I will definitely come back because they turned my trip into something unforgettable.
I will never forget you❤️

Excellent hotel for the quality/price/service/kindness ratio

Hotel very well located in downtown Amman. The staff is friendly, smiling and always responds to your requests and expectations quickly. Full sweet/savoury breakfast at the rooftop. Rooms with up to 3 beds (we were upgraded from Twin to Triple) with TV, air conditioning, safe, fridge with a number of bottles of water equal to the number of occupants. Shampoo and shower gel samples available, bathroom optimized in less than 4m². The double glazing did its job because we were there for Independence Day. We are ready for anything and parking is available 100m away. Cozy family hotel in the typical heart of Amman. Good experience thanks to the seriousness and kindness of the team. Thank you for everything.

Renovated and practical hotel!

We came across this hotel quite by chance and we are delighted! The face doesn't look much, but the interior has just been renovated. Great location, affordable price, super welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is generous and served on the top floor in a panoramic room with a view of the beautiful colors of the city in the early morning. We recommend!
