Khuttar Apartment Hotel is Fabulous
This hotel is Fabulous at every aspect and it is underrated. It should be rated 4 STARTS!
1. Customer service is excellent!
2. Staff at the reception are tremendously helpful, welcoming, friendly and genuinly try to make your stay pleasant!
3. The morning breakfast buffet is great.
Food is very fresh and delicious. There's a variety selection of the breakfast, savoury and sweet. The outdoor terrace of the breakfast area is spectacular!
The Waiter is very friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service.
4. Location is exquisite! Khuttar Apartment Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as:
Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops, pharmacies and different clinics.
5. Housekeeping was great and helpful.
6. Cleaniness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable.

Different location and mold everywhere
When we booked this hotel the location according to google maps (connected with Booking.com) was at a totaly different place. We were sitting in a cab and I was checking the location to find out we were going totaly opposite way. My friend and I were a bit scared, cause it was our first time there and we thought the driver wanted to take us somewhere else. (I know it sounds paranoid, but we were tired and it was during the night.) After I made a complaint on Booking.com they fixed the location, so I guess it should be alright now. Just be aware, that it's not near the Citadel, but it's situated in the newer part with lot of shops and a huge shopping center.
Unfortunately the main issue was mold. Mold all over our tiny room. We complained immediately after our check-in, but the receptionist just checked it and they left us in the same room for the whole stay. I have asthma and sleeping in a bedroom where there are huge moldy spots is really harmful to health. Moreover, it's plainly disgusting to sleep in a room with mold everywhere. I will omit the fact our room smelled like a huge ash tray, cause it's quite normal you can smoke everywhere in Jordan.
The only plus was a receptionist from the night shift. He was very polite and attentive. Also the driver who took us to the airport was really kind.
I hate complaining after my holidays, but this is unacceptable. The hotel even refused to give us any refund.

It is not the first time - disgusting and poor managing of hotel
This is to highlight the worst experience I ever had in Jordan! Once arrived at hotel - around 5.00 PM, I was told that there are not anymore available rooms even if I booked 10 days in advance. The guy from front desk informed me that the person who previously had my room has yet to remove his belongings from the room, but unfortunately being in hospital (???) it will be not possible and no other room is available. Luckly for us we were redirected to another hotel. I am fully disgusted by the way they manage their hotel. It is my duty to inform everyone to avoid Khuttar property.

A Good hotel apartments in the heart of Swaifiah
I stayed in this hotel 2 times and i found my last stay in july not as good as the first time 2 years ago..There were a few things that were not working properly in my 2 bedroom suite and even though we arrived at 9 PM one of the suites booked was not ready as the previous customer requested a late check out. Breakfast at the rooftop was basic and the chef / staff up there need to be taught the basics of customer service as they seemed very cross and not welcoming at all unlike the warm hospitality of Jordaninans working in the hotel industry field. The reception staff and house keeping however were super nice and welcoming. I loved that there is a small mall infront of the hotel with a carrefour supermarket and a macdonalds / pizza hut very close to the hotel.

Comfortable appartments
This apartment hotel is located near to the 6th Circle in Amman. Not in the city centre, but close has got many restaurants, shopping malls. We really liked it. The staff was always helpful, kind. The breakfast was delicious. The appartments are well-equipped and clean. Daily cleaning. Recommended if you want a good appartment for semi-level price.
