We had a very brief stay but it was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and even funny, which made checking in a breeze and set a positive tone for my stay. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy.
Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our short visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service. Would definitely return!

Friendly and helpful service. Comfortable bed. Room had lovely view. 10 min walk to the sea and 15 minute walk from most of the restaurants. Nice roof top area for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel

Great place to stay in Aqaba.
It is very easy to park right in front of the hotel.
Mira at the front desk is really great, very good advice and very attentive with guests. The hotel is clean and clean.
Only downside the breakfast is not very good and the hotel makes little effort for the environment (air conditioning running to cool the rooftop outdoors, plastic cup for water, tea...).

Horrible experience. Mosquitos in room. No air condition. Noise all night. Small room. Small elevator. Bad customer service. Left early and they promised a refund and then refused to refund later on. DO NOT BOOK here.

A comfortable stop in a brand new and well equipped hotel

Alena hotel seems to be a recent hotel the comfort is at hand...the room with bathroom of impeccable cleanliness...the location is top not far from the center allowing to walk in the evening come by the sea, and in the shopping streets...the beautiful mosque also close not to be missed as well as the fort which is an interesting but quick visit..the view from the terrace (which has a small swimming pool in passing but which I have not tested..) is appreciable... possibility to go to South Beach for a dip in the Red Sea for a reasonable price (transport with free shuttle and paid entrance for access to private beach and beach club, not too much my thing but few other options to really enjoy the red sea). Having said that the public beach near the hotel is rather nice ..thanks to Mounira at the reception for his sense of service his professionalism and kindness...the only point to improve the little varied breakfast and not the best I had in Jordan for sure...
