Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from 15th January 2026 to 15th March 2026, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that outside food, beverages and shisha are not permitted into the hotel. A maximum of 2 children below 6 years old OR 1 child below 12 years can be accompanied by the parents. Please note that a maximum of 1 extra bed can be added in the Deluxe room with a king bed only and is subject to a 60++ JOD. Kids below 6 years stay & eat free, kids between 6 – 12 years pay 50% of the adults' meals supplement ( paid at the hotel ). For all prepaid bookings, the original credit card used should be presented upon check-in, where a charge has been made. Please note that the spa is not open yet; however, guests can book a massage in the temporary treatment rooms. Guests can enjoy the beach without any additional cost. An extra bed is included only if the reservation is for 3 adults. Children may share the room with their parents in available bedding (up to 2 kids below 6 years old or one child 6-12 years old). In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake in the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake in the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.
