Excellent service

Excellent hotel, service, and a good breakfast buffet. The restaurant staff were wonderful, especially Mr. Hassan, who greeted us from the first day until the last. He was always smiling, polite, and helpful with us at breakfast or the Eat Lab restaurant. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Perfect for a short stay in Kuwait. location is very near to the airport. They provide free airport transfer too. However, they forgot about my arrival and i had to purchase an expensive sim card to contact them, which cost me 6KD! Ridiculous price for sim card. Hotel is perfect anyway!

I stayed on 6th floor, bit scary with the lift, big room with guest or living room, kitchenette, I love the room but the extend Air Conditioner bit annoying and bad wifi connection, the neighborhood was not quietly good pedestrian unfriendly

Simply poor everything.

Poorly maintained, poor amenities, poor quality food, and poor communication. I got used to the smell from the bathroom after the first day, but I didn’t sleep for 3 days from the noise from the bathroom fan that can’t be turned off, and from the street the POOR quality windows didn’t block. Also, there’s no heath club, sauna, fitness center, and most of the amenities that the property claims to have. Like me, if you are considering to book here for this reason, DON’T BOTHER!

Poor maintenance

Not great overall.
Parking is very difficult.
Check in took more than 30 minutes waiting in the lobby.
The room are from an other time. Like a trip to 50 years ago.
Broken furniture. Leaks in the bathrooms. Serious water flow dripping from the plumbing. Outdated shower handle.
Only one towel.
It was my only option in the short time to organizer his trip. Location looked convenient.
Breakfast is simple. Below par. Hygiene below par.
