Good quiet location near Sulaiman-Too Mountain. Restaurant nearby. Rooms are smallish with decent towels and linen. Our room had some tiny ants in the desk area and the staff needed a few requests to address. Breakfast is mediocre -some days no eggs. Front desk clerk Yrysgul spoke good English and was very professional and a great help to us.

Aside the museum

Nice small hotel. Price quality is ok . Very clean and silent. Friendly service and Budweiser at 140 soms .And easy parking. A little out of the center. 30 mins walk but Yandex is very simple to use. View on the mountain with the museum. If you have it at around 40 dollars ( genius level) you are ok

Very comfortable and high quality hotel

Stayed for two nights. Very cozy hotel with good furniture and bed. Very customer oriented staff. The owner of the hotel, Umida, is a very kind and welcoming host. They provided assistance and provided preferential living conditions. Good breakfasts! Very worthy. I recommend it for placement!

This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading.

We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh.
