Loud Music from Nearby Market Until 11pm
Loud music was playing from the nearby market until 10 or 11pm at night, that was very disturbing but if you don't mind that, then the hotel is good. The rooms were clean, hot water in bathroom, bathrobes and indoor slippers provided, beds comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a plus, open late but the water was cold, not heated. The breakfast buffet was good with variety of hot and cold items.

A brilliant hotel!
A very modern and stylish hotel. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helped us to book a hot air balloon experience. The laundry service here was good too, our clothes came back smelling and looking clean. The pool area is lovely and didn't ever get busy, it felt very relaxing to have the place to ourselves. Only slight issue is it's right next to a market that plays very loud music at all times. That being said, it's in a good central location so everything is in walking distance.

Nice Stay with Room for Small Improvements
The property is visually appealing, especially at night. Front desk staff, particularly Kyale, were courteous and professional. The room featured a balcony with stunning mountain views and a comfortable bed, making the stay pleasant. The price was reasonable. Minor improvements could include reception odor, room size, shower drainage, and clearer breakfast labeling. Overall, an acceptable stay for the value.

The hotel is in a great location and features a nice swimming pool, which was a plus. However, the room didn’t meet expectations it wasn’t very clean, and the water pressure was terrible (too soft and slow). Overall, the stay was just okay, but considering the price, the quality and service didn’t feel worth it

It was okay.
Room was good. I stayed two nights room was not cleaned while I was there the bidet to the toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. The swimming pool was very good and breakfast also very good. It was close to town that was a bonus the room was cool with good AC
