A decent hotel - fair price

This hotel suits best when you are travelling by car. it is not centrally located but the price quality ratio is good. the reception is friendly, the rooms are clean. The breakfast was quite abundant and the coffee was good. When staying there there is not much to see around the hotel but then again, depends on one's priorities: for one night's stay it is pretty good. Internet was working well in the room.

Three ladies, Three large dogs

We came for a dog show in Riga. This Hotel has excellent price/value ratio!
Tidy, peaceful, good location, friendly staff, free parking. Sufficient and tasty breakfast, excellent coffee! Dogs welcome, nice neighborhood for walks. Nothing glamorous but everything one needs.
The receptionist kindly guided us to have dinner @Ilkrogs, a beautiful restaurant with nice food and decor, just a block away.

Noisy and far from the city

If you're spending a weekend in Riga this is not the place you want to stay at. It's way too far from the city, taxis cost more than you'd pay to stay in a better hotel closer to the center. But if you need a place to crash before heading to the airport (like we did) it suits your needs just fine. Beds are comfortable and clean but everything's furnished quite cheaply. You get what you pay for. Basic toiletries are included, despite what other commenters said.
The lady at reception was super friendly and helpful, although they didn't have any free city maps.
They offer a breakfast box for 5€ if you can't make the included breakfast. Good service.
Beware: the walls are really really thin, you can hear conversations in the next room.

too simple hotel. nothing bad, but not so good to come back again.
very difficult to find the place where hotel is located. no activities around the hotel.
large enclosed parking - free of charge - this was most graceful moment of stay.

Best service and cleanest place in Baltikum

We were 4 people stayed here for one week.
Serviceminded staff and clean rooms.
We get new clean towels and clean sheets on the bed everyday.
Always asked if everything was Ok, and always with a smile.
Good new beds.
A lovely restaurant nearby called ilkrogs.
You should deffently try their pasta!
This Hotel is amazing!!!
